A/C noises that i have never heard before.

ok guys, when i got my truck the condensation from the A/C was dropping on the hot exhaust and sizzling for about 30 minutes after shut down. the exhaust was also popping and pinging while driving. well i took it to the dealer and they replaced the exhaust and re routed the drain for the A/C. well it seem like now something is going on with the A/C but i don't know if it was something they did or if it was something that was existing before and i just never really noticed it.

the problem:

if the A/C clutch catches at about 1200 RPM it will make one heck of thud over by the passenger side floor board. i'm not sure exactly how its making this noise but its extremely audible and it is a hard enough impact to be felt. i can reproduce this easily by revving in neutral and turning the compressor on manually.

obviously i plan on taking the truck into the shop for this since its still under warranty. i just wanted to see if any of you had experienced the same thing.

My A/C clutch is making a squealing noise... I'm bringing it on Monday for repair.
