im getting new headlights for my 04 fx4... can yall tell me the difference if there is any from the 07-08 darked out Harley Headlights, FX2 headlight, and the FX4 headlights????

nothing different between the FX2 and the FX4 they are a charcoal color. the harley is different because its painted black.

 

ok great,, that just what i wanted to know... now... i have 04 True Blue FX4.. what would look better the Harley lights or FX2 lights???

 

The 08 FX4 only has the Grey Bezel if you get the Luxury Package. Otherwise they are chrome.

 

The gray bezels eliminate all those "ghosts" (reflected light off to the side of the road) you get with the standard mirror finish bezels. The high-beams still reach out quite a ways without the mirror finish. I don't think you lose much range with them.

The gray ones would be "correct" for an FX4.

With a blue FX4, get ready for people you never saw before hunt you down in parking lots to tell you how great your truck looks. I never had that happen with a black, red or green F-150 before. Those were some pretty nice looking trucks in my book. I'm on my 2nd blue FX4, and people still feel the need to tell me how sweet the truck is. Personally, I find it a bit weird.

 

lol Worland..dude to be honest with you i dont blame them.. that Blue fx4 in your sig is just redicoulous... it put my blue 04 to shame... ok.. so defintely go with the grey fx4 heads, and not the harley heads.. i think it will look sweeeett on that dark blue.. i havent decided what i want to do with the grill yet.. maybe get the PTM H-bar, maybe FX2 i dunno yet.. after seeing yours i may try and make my 04 look like that.. i want to get the PTM mirror caps too.
