Stalling out

Just the facts ma'am.

I have a 2004 F150. Sometimes while coming to a stop (stoplight or sign), the RPMs will drop to around 500 or lower and the truck will stall out.

The injectors are new from my supercharger. The plugs are new. The MAF is new. The problem seemed to have started after my supercharger install.

Who else has had this problem and what was done to fix it? What was done that DIDN'T fix it?

I'm gonna get a new tune soon for the computer. ALso, I read that the throttle position sensor might be a fix for it.

Any thoughts/opinoins?

ALL help is much appreciated. thanks.

It's been tuned, but I think a blind monkey would have done a better job.

I'm in the process of getting a better tune right now.

Definitely take apart your Throttle body and clean the TPS and throttle body. It's very easy to take it apart and there will be a TON of sludge in there.

That's a good idea Josiah. I cleaned it out a couple years ago... it's time to do it again.

But I really don't drive it alot... in the past year I logged 2475 miles.

Might as well sell the thing. *Accepting offers*
