Belt Squeal - No Tuner

About 10,000 miles ago I had my serpentine belt replaced under wrranty for a belt squeal. I thought that the noise was just coming from condensation in the morning since the squeal went away occasionally. The delaership said it was rubbing on something. Anyways currently my belt is squealing again. I have had my tuner off for a month(various reasons) and I am still getting the squeal on startup.

Is the only way to correct this a Goodyear Gatorback? I know through serching the the forums, many with the tuners have replaced with the gatorback to solve their problem. Mine just does it stock and probably even worse when I put the tuner back on.

Any ideas?

I would also check your tensioner pully. I thought it was my belt squealing but it ended up being a broken tensioner pully.
