What are you guys with a 6 or 8" lift doing for a jack, just carrying a big *** block for the stock jack, or carry a bottle jack, etc?

nice truck...not feeling the yellow bolts though. wait til AAA comes... when i bought my truck the salesman goes "this is the most important number you'll ever need to know" he wasnt to impressed when i threw it away. if you live in the city i'm sure you're ok, but up here you dont even get reception with a cell in half the places you drive do you have a spare tire?

Yeah, those bolts might be getting masked off and sprayed. I had the lift powdercoated black because I don't want the underside of the vehicle to attract attention, to me everything underneath should be black.

I'm going to throw a 35" spare underneath for the times I may be out camping/fishing in the middle of nowhere.

Truck came out great, I also like the "tucked in the wheelwell's" look.

It cost 275 to powdercoat. To blast it down to prepare it for powdercoat was....$450!!! Evidentally the coat that came on the rize kit was ridiculously thick and took 12 hours of blasting to strip it down. Luckily the shop doing my lift ate 250 of the blasting cost.

Gotta give credit to the shop that did all the work, MTO suspension and fab in Ft. Collins. Everybody says "good job"...but all I did was work an insane amount of hours to make the money to order up parts. MTO did all the work, and even cut me quite a few deals so I could accomplish what I wanted on the dime I had.

Speaking of ordering, the gryphon from bill is on order. The 4.6 isn't too bad with the 37's and 4.88's until you turn the AC on. Figured that out yesterday, hopefully the gryphon will give me a little extra poop to help out there.

Thanks man. It was your truck and input that helped me decide on the backspacing I did. Glad I went the route of the 5.75" BS
