Who has painted their exhaust/
I saw a picture of a car that had painted their exhaust with what looked like the Black Velvet from POR 15 (the high temp paint). It looked awesome, a nice satin finish. Has anyone done something similar, my exhaust is all rusty and nasty looking? Post pics please if you have them.
I painted mt tips ant part of the mulfflers that you could see from the outside... i used high temp Grill paint. looks good for a few months the i just respray... my crome tips started turning blue thats why i painted it.. i think it looks better black anyways
For what its worth the paint its good till 1200 degrees, here is a link to the pic. I would ask the guy how its held up but I don't have an account there

I painted mine with BBQ grille paint that withstands temps of 1200 degs, thats what it said on the can. I havn't looked at it in few months to see how its holding up, but after about 6 months it was fine. Btu you also can't really use me as a judge for how its going to hold up since in the last year 16 months I have only put on 5000 or so miles.
