i was under my truck for 20min laying in the dirt trying to find that knock...on the passenger side its either the cat or directly above it...i can't narrow it down anymore...gonna take it to my mechanic friend tomorrow and hopefully he can figure it out...i know what the ford dealership said but i honestly dont think that the mechanic there is right...ill post my results (if hes not to busy to look at it) tomorrow...
