Tire Discounters installed mine when I had my new tires put on. It cost around $112 I believe. The first Tire Discounters that I had this worked out with backed out when I showed up. I called the one by my house and they did it no problem and the tires were $4 cheaper each (which I thought was odd)

I know the front axles don't turn when not in 4wd, and the only off roading I do driving down gravel roads to get to riding areas. I was just washing my truck and was cleaning off the lower control arms and saw grease all over the arm. I took it inside the garage and the tear was on the backside of the boot.

So I'm not sure what it was, probably not from auto spring kit, but I just did not like the angles of the ball joints and CV angles so I took it off, and of course the tear in the boot. If I ever did do any real off roading, which I do when I go to the beach I would rather have piece of mind not knowing my CV axle are going to go out on me going 45 mph down the beach.

Now that's funny stuff right there!!!!!

I went with Hell bent steel leveling 2.5" kit. They came with detailed instructions with pics and specified what tools and socket sizes needed. All for only $69 shipped to my door. and they are heavy duty. Easiest install.
