F-150 Emblem Install

Does anyone know if this link's instructions still apply to the new models? I'm wanting to do the exact same thing. But I want to make sure these instructions will work for the new models.

http://www.fordf150.net/howto/tailgateemblem.php

If not, can anyone give me some pointers? Like I said above, I'm looking to do the exact same thing as that link. I ordered a new side emblem that says "5.4 Triton" below the F-150 emblem and replace the standard tailgate emblem with it.

I have edge performance badges. Does anyone have a pic of the holes in relation to the badge size? Or a pic of the back of their old badges? I need to find out if my Edge Performance emblems will cover both holes and nobody was able to help when I posted a thread.

iirc the holes (or the pegs on the badges) are about 1", maybe 2" in from either edge. Don't quote me on that though... How big are the Edge emblems?

Some with a billetbadge emblem must know the answer...
