1,275 shipped for Mud Grapplers
1,400 shipped for Toyo M/T's
Both 35/12.50r20
I think I'll go with the M/T's

I'd use those prices as a reference point and shop local. Try to get the local shops fighting for your business. You'd be surprised at how comparable/low the price will be.

If you order tires, you not only have to compare shipping costs, but also consider how much mounting, balancing, and installation is going to cost you.

I have a bunch of buddies that work at discount tire and will do it for free. I will be using those prices as a refrence because I know I can probably get a better deal locally. Plus being in the DFW metroplex, tire shops are a dime a dozen.

have you looked at the Cooper STT from Discount Tire? It looks very similar to the Toyo M/T, and guys here on the forum seem to really like them. I know they were $400 cheaper for 4 than the Toyo's when I was doing some comparison shopping

I was just quoted $1000 Canadian for Toyo Open Country A/T 285/70R17 mounted, balanced, disposal fee, 5 year puncture warranty, taxes in. Is this a good deal? (His price per tire is $197)
