Annoying Front End Squeel!

So i have this annoying squeel coming from the front end toward the driver's side tire. It usually happens (or i notice it) during low speeds. It sounds like it squeels once a tire revolution and when I hit any bumps or something in the rode. I initially thought it might be the brakes but since it does it when a bump is hit i'm clueless. I have the original brake pads on it that have 35K miles. The squeel used to go away when i braked but now it doesn't seem to matter. I recently adjusted the brake rod but have since returned it back to the normal position to see if that helped, but it did not help.

What do i need to do to get rid of the squeel because it annoying and embarassing?
