Saleen S331 23” Wheels installed. *Project Saleen S331 transformation in progress*

Here is just one picture of my truck with the Saleen 23” wheels installed. The tires on the Saleen wheels are Yokohama Parada Spec-X performance tires. I will posts more pics later on. In case you are wondering why my FX4 looks lowered, it is because it is lowered. The Roush racing full suspension kit lowers the front of the truck by 2 inches and 3 inches in the back. I plan to transform my FX4 to a S331 as far as the exterior is concerned. These are the next Saleen mods that I plan to buy and install on my truck:

1) Saleen S331 supercharged hood
2) Saleen S331 side badges
3) Saleen S331 tail gate kit
4) Saleen S331 rear bumper faux diffuser
5) Saleen S331 grille

The only exterior mod that I don’t plan to do is the Saleen front bumper. I actually feel that my truck looks better with fog lights than without, so that’s why I’m sticking with my front bumper.

Once I get all the Saleen badges in, I will ditch the FX4 decals. As far as the Ford chrome side steps are concerned, I’m still not sure on whether or not I will remove them. Right now, I’m leaning towards keeping them on my truck.

The Roush suspension kit makes the truck handle better than stock, but to be honest with you, the difference isn't that noticeable.

Yup. I got them for roughly $400.

Looks great. Are you going to change the gray to black on the exterior?

Great, just what we need on here, another poser truck. Just kidding. It's gonna look great once you get it done. I agree with the others, you're going to have to ditch the running boards and stickers. I thought I saw a picture of a supercrew saleen that had a set of ground effects that worked with the stock fender flares. I'd like to find those for my truck as well.

Keep us posted!

s331 rear suspension vs roush rear suspension

Hey Guys,
I just both a 2004 F150 lariat with 51k miles with 24" custom wheels. The truck has already been lowered not sure how they did it but it does not look right. I have about 1 1/2" clearence but the wheel rubs on a bump.
any body out there with a solution?
