Disconnected Battery now truck runs rough...

Today I disconnected the battery on my 08 to add an amp and when I reconnected the truck struggled to start and now idles high and seems to run a little rough. Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas/solutions?

Did you check your connections really good?
Also, I believe when you disconnect the battery for an extended amount of time the PCM resets itself and must re-learn your driving patterns or something like that.

diconnecting your battery erases KAM (keep alive memory) which sets the parameters for fuel, idle, shifting ect. you may notice longer cranking times and higher idling and such untill your pcm relearns these parameters.
