At the dealer... for something kind of weird

Well my truck is at the dealer for a couple of things that the body shop is fixing under warranty.
First the normal one: They're replacing the 3rd brake light because I've noticed a lot of condensation in there after some pretty heavy rains. I brought it up and they're replacing it before they have to replace my whole headliner.

Now for the weird thing: A couple of weeks ago while cleaning my door jambs I noticed that the black paint on the B pilar of the passenger front door was wearing away, exposing the bare metal underneath. The driver side was fine. I asked about it last time I was at the dealer and upon closer inspection they told me that my passenger door was out of alignment. So they're fixing it and replacing the trim piece.
I don't know how that happened. I don't drive off road much at all and the majority of the roads I drive are smooth. The truck is not jarred around and I don't hang on the doors or anything. I'm glad they're fixing it thought.
Anybody else have any problem like this? I guess they just didn't tighten the screws enough or something?
Check your B pilars.

It takes like 2 minutes to fix it.

This is my third Ford truck and all of them have had some minor door alignment problems, someone at the factory needs to retire. Not enough for me to waste a day at the dealer.
