Stock Fog Lights

Is anyone having issues with their stock fog lights? I have burnt out both of my in the last two weeks. Ford replaced the passenger side one under warrinty a couple weeks ago. Today I went in to get them change my drivers side light today but when they took it out the bulb was ok, but the connections were all corroded, so they have ordered me a now light socket for it.

Has anyone else had problems like this? I my opion the area between the bumper is the worst spot for build up of sand and salt over the Canadian winters. When I wash my truck the sand poors out of that area like crazy, seems like a poor setup to me.

We have salt here in the winters on the roads and I haven't had any issues (knock on wood). However, I will agree that they are pretty susceptible to road crap.
