Fender Badges...Help with Paint & Removal
Paint for Emblems
Guys,
By accident, I found and purchased a can of black paint made specifically for re-painting emblems from Summit Racing in Tallmadge Ohio and re-sprayed the F on the drivers side and the 1 on the passenger side of my 05 SCAB. It came out great without removing the emblems. Used painters blue tape to protect the fininsh and frame the letter on the emblem. I dont have the name of the paint manufacturer with me at this time, perhaps you can check Summit's web page or call them.
Just a fix for all of us who were out of warranty when the paint fell off.
Take Care

cool...I'm still looking for the proper color of Orange enamel. I may end up just buying some red and yellow enamel and custom mixing to get it right. apparently Orange isn't a popular color
