Smile Custom Light Bar

Finally got around to bolting up my light bar, just wanted to share some pics. I have a set of Hella 500's that are hopefully going to get wired up this weekend. And I know, the truck is very dirty right now.

What do you guys think?

That going to look pretty sweet. Deffinitely a nice subtle way to mount some extra light.

thanks all

it's 2x2x1/4 wall tubing, I think it will be strong enough

a friend in my shop welded it for me. Now I can't wait to get the lights mounted & wired.

Nice work. Sure it will look great. I would love to add some type of bar to the front of my 07. Something tight to the bumper but still allows me to put lights on it. I can't get one of those Bully or Westin Brush guards, they stick out to much and then I won't be able to fit the truck in the garage anymore.

Looks good man! And i know how to weld my dad and his friend taught me. Its actually not to difficult once you get the hang of it.

Sal

that is why I decided on this.

lucky for me, I am a mechanical engineer, and I work at a custom machine builder, so we had the material sitting around the shop , I just asked one of our welders threw it together for me!

I just couldn't pass up on the price!
