electronic ac controls

Ok this may be a stupid question and I'm sure I'll get laughed at but I really have no clue so I had to ask, will the Lariat electronic AC controls plug into the regular AC wiring harnesses say in an XLT or FX4

I believe it's been done before, but i think you have to do some wiring. Do a search.

It's going to be more work than it's worth.. I believe that 1 or 2 of the harness's are the same but there is a 3rd if I'm not mistaken on the elec. controls that you do not have if you have manual.

You'll have to do some wiring and changing wires & pins to get it to possibly work...

I asked this question a while ago and never got a definite answer. If you go through with it let me know how it comes out!

ehhh if it involves new wiring I'll probably pass, I still need to do that wiring we talked about for the flow thru, I just can not find a new flow thru radio bezel for the life of me, I've looked everywhere and the only one I've found has the electronic AC controls. Anyone have one or know where I can get one

Yeah i have an extra..

It's the carbon colored one stripped... No controls and no cig lighter panel at the bottom.

You can easily find that panel in a junk yard truck.. You'll need to get the ash tray that goes in place below the radio bezel, which i also have, but that one is in woodgrain...

Which ever one you want or if you want both to paint or something let me know..

Just shoot me an email.. I have some other panels too if your needed something else for the flow-thru swap..
