Off topic, but did you do the tails and 3rd yourself? What kind of clear did you use?

Very nice truck, I dig it all except the badge cover. It kinda sticks out and ruins the look to me. I didn't think I'd like the side vents but they look pretty good. Also, I usually don't like aftermarket grills, but that is sweet. I probably like it because it doesn't have the usual chrome on it. Either way it looks darn good.

Yes I did them myself, and I used DuPont Acrylic Clear A-7480S...best clear in a rattle can in my opinion.

How long have you had them? Kinda scared to rattle can clear. My friend works at a shop with a paint booth. Thinking of having him do the clear but I have no idea what clears might conflict.

Thanks, and yeah I know what you mean about the overlay....I've been debating whether to switch it to silver and black instead....I was originally going to have a black and red interior but decided against that, now I'm going with the silver and black theme inside so I'll probably switch it.

They have been like this for at least 6 months, still shine good, pics don't do justice, I just hit them with wax every other wash. If you can get a painter to clear them that would be the best bet, I just didn't take the time to go around looking for one cause I've heard a lot of painters won't touch tinted lights.

Silver and black would really match the theme well. Too bad you can't get a black and silver licence plate.
