I noticed that the website we normally use for the Ford remote start/alarm installation instructions is no longer working ( www.gemsen.com/Ford ). Well, I emailed them to see what was up, and here's their reply:

Unfortunatly the web site wont be back on line anytime soon since Gemsens contract to represent Code Systems in Canada for 2008 was not renewed.

The Ford systems are made by Code Alarm aka Code Systems. I just signed up on that other new site and I was able to access to the install documents.
