Roush on a regular cab? Hmmmm.... The # 401593 Off-Road Exhaust details can be found at http://store.roushperformance.com/detail.aspx?ID=558 . It states that it "works with 4x2, 4x4 vehicles with 4.6L and 5.4L engine SuperCabs with a 6.5' box or SuperCrew Cabs with a 5.5' box." I don't see Regular Cab in there. But, you do have a 6.5' box ... so it may be the same setup underneath as a SuperCab. It is a cat-back system afterall. Still, you really should call Roush yourself before putting out the $.

Provided you can use it, consider installing it yourself and saving some cash. It should be just like my Borla setup ... easy.

try the Magnaflow Magnapacks mufflers. they still have a civilized tone, but they are LOUD. my Mustangs Magnapacks set off car alarms and I prefer to not floor it while the windows are down

besides, you could keep most of your SIDO kit (2 tail-pipes) and get the benefits of true dual exhaust. a good x-pipe and 2 Magnapacks would sound wicked IMO. I'm thinking about switching my Magnaflow Sido kit to the setup I've described

Why dont you just get the Roush exhaust and take it to a local shop and get it cut to fit your truck. I plan on doing that.
