Ok so i have someone interested in the truck and he wants me to leave it tuned but wont cough up the extra money for the edge, so my question is can i leave it tuned and take the edge and sell it? and it still work for whoever i sell it too? thanks!

 

You should set it back to stock and tell the F'er it's still tuned. I am guessing he is going to pay $20,000+ for that thing. If he does'nt want to cough up another $300 stick it to him.

Yes, as long as you "Return To Stock" the Edge can be used on another truck.

You can take the Edge out and leave the truck tuned BUT that Edge programmer still has the trucks stock tune. Which means the Edge wont work for another vehicle until the stock tune is gone from the programmer. This means if you do sell the truck tuned with the Edge and not the Edge, you will have to pay Edge to unlock it I do believe so it can be used again.
