I guess I'll wait until they drop again and then remove them. It looked kind of cool with the yellow under there.
Anybody have any good ideas on how to take them out easily?

I'm just going to cut them, they are plastic after all. They should probably pull out easily with a pair of needle nose pliers after they are cut. The rattling has gotten annoying so I am going to take them out today.

Wow those did take a beating! Mine don't look anything like that. I finally got to removing my front shock boots. I used the factory jack to lift one side up at a time so that I could remove the tires. Once I got access to the coilovers I took a pair of shears and cut into the shock boot in a corkscrew direction. Once I had cut into the shock boot a good 5 inches around I pulled the cut material through the coil with a pair of needle nose pliers. From then on I just held a utility knife close to the shock body and pulled on the material that I pulled through the coil, this cut the shock boot as I pulled it against the knife. The shock boot ended up looking like a black corkscrew once I was done pulling it all the way through. It's a pain at first because you really can't get in there, but once you do one the other one should be a snap.
