I like the look of the Harley Davidson step bars, but my question is: Do they come in supercab? I didn't think they made Harleys in supercab, but I saw one on ebay. I emailed the seller and they said it was a real HD. If this is true, where do I get steps from a supercab HD? Anyone know if there are aftermarket ones that look like the HD's?

 

I also want the HD bars, they arnt really steps tho, and they did make supercab HD's

 

What do you mean they aren't real steps? I know they are tucked under a little more, but they aren't functional steps?

 

I really don't think ford intended them to be functional steps, more for looks

 

The HD bars are simply "sport bars" purely for aesthetics only and do not provide a means of stepping. I like them as well and saw that same set on ebay but I think they were off a Super Cab. As Styx said, yes Super Cab HD's were made in 06 and replaced by the Super Crew in 07-current. I believe that is correct.

 

Westin makes a set. I think they are actually called "Sport Tubes". As previously stated, they are not a step. Just a chromed tube....... Ram SST had some on his 04 SCREW. I know he traded his truck but you might find some pics in his gallery.

I might have to forget about these if they aren't a step at all. I really need some sort of step functionality as well.
