Lift and 37s questions

Well, I planned on cranking my coilovers and adding a block to the rear in a few weeks, but after talking to 4wp today i learned a few things. 1. the nitto mud grapplers wouldnt work because a. the 37x13.50 is really more like 37x15. b the side lugs are too large to fit with the set-up i have. 2. the system i have, cranking the coils and trying to fit the nittos would cause pre-mature wear to the "pinions" (they named another part but i forget it) and the cv angles would be to extreme for my truck to handle it. 3. i could get any other 37 inch tire, toyo, mickeys, etc, just not the mud grapplers. 4. they would sell me the 37s, just not mount them due to the fact they were sure something would go wrong. I like the way the mud grapplers work, so at this point, i plan on sticking with the 35s and not cranking the coils. anyone have any take on the matter or have any evidence to refute their claim?

ehh I don't know about all that. Some of it seems true, but it seems like they are just being overly cautious for liability's sake. Take a look at Josiah he had a 6" with 37" Grapplers

AHEM, I can see nothing going wrong. I think you should do it!

in reality, thinking about it, the tires might rub on your steering knuckle or UCA due to the sidewall. it would be similar to the problem people have running MG's on a leveling kit

Does the fabtech kit change track width? That would be a logical answer. I think the pro comp does not.

Fabtech changes track width and Procomp does not. Cranking coilovers will put more stress and wear on the suspension components and CVs. However, many people have this setup and it works fine.
