This will be hard to explain but once in a while when I cold start the truck it seems like the starter continues to run after the key is released. I am not sure it is the starter though because I have heard starters overrun before and it does not sound like this. The engine has a load roar that lasts for about 2 seconds and then it returns to a normal quiet idle. It is a 2006 5.4 with 17,000 miles. Any help would be appreciated, it is very hard to duplicate so a trip to the dealer is a waste of time.
