josiah has the cold cathode kit from oznium.com

they are very inexpensive and have lots of colors and are extremely bright. i have them under the dash and they make my whole interior glow blue at night.

These 12-volt-ready Ribbon LED Strips are sold in one foot increments.
I pulled that straight from the site.
