Did you call Hella directly, cause it seems like i am having the same problem

 

I bought a set about 2 months ago. I had condensation in one of them. I just took a hair drier and a bendable straw to it. Got some windshield sealant from autozone and went around the whole thing. I've been through pretty heavy rain and some high pressure car washes and no leaks since sealing. The other one never leaked.

 

i called the retailer. hella does not handle warrantys directly with customers.
