What order to install mods to ease conflicts?

I plan on installing the following this summer:

HID
Intake
Tuner
Exhaust (SIDO straight back)
2/4 drop with new shocks (no flip kit!)
Line-X bed liner
Fiberglass tonneau cover

Now, the HID/tuner/intake dont really matter when they are installed in relation to the other mods. However, could installing the new exhaust before the drop cause problems? How about the bed liner? I know they remove bolts when they spray and I don't know how that would impact the exhaust or drop. Thanks for any info!

1) 2/4 drop with new shocks (no flip kit!)- Ground Force 9944 kit is a good one
2) Exhaust (SIDO straight back) do this because there is limited room especially if you have the factory hitch.

These will go hand in hand because most intakes will cause the truck to run lean
3a) Tuner
3b) Intake

Theses mods can be done in any order
4) HID
5) Line-X bed liner
6) Fiberglass tonneau cover

Alright that's what I thought... thanks man. I was planning on either the GF or an eibach with dampener kit. I'll probably be buying the Intake/tuner/exhaust all at once thru TP as well.

This is the order that I would do the mods in also.

1.Line-X bed liner---dirty work first
2.Fiberglass tonneau cover-------adds weight
3.2/4 drop with new shocks (no flip kit!)------might want to go more or less
4.Exhaust (SIDO straight back)----brand might change but custom fab won't
5.Wheels tires -------to fit you drop

There is one in a Ebay store for 1180 shipped. The 9944 kit includes Bilsteins front shocks and Ground Force rear shocks. They do have the 2/4 drop with out the shocks if you didnt want such a firm ride I believe it is around the 650 range. The 9944 kit still allows me to tow my 6000lb boat with hardly any rear end drop. Mcgaughys and Eibach have rear leafs for a 4" drop but they are softer than the stock springs and may cause excessive axel wrap(there is one guy on here who broke a spring due to this).

Just depends on what you want your truck to do. I wanted mine to keep up with the stangs and camaro's so I even added a rear sway bar. It is all depended on what you want to do.
