My 07 5.4 is 3 months old and has 3,000 miles on it and when I went to start it this mourning it sounded like it had no oil in it for the first 30 seconds it ran then after that it had a slight knock. I took it to the stealership and they said it was the cam phaser's???? But didn't Ford revise these back in 2005? This is my third f-150(new body style) and this by far is the worst, my 04 seemed to be a way better truck than my 07, and that is crazy. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you got a bad apple, my 2007 5.4 4x4 Screw has been rock solid at 15,000mi..........
