Fire & Ice Bar Installed

With my day off I decided to head back to my local truck shop. I talked with the guys for a little while and picked up a fire & ice tailgate bar. Got home and got to work. It usually sticks on with the 3m tape already attached, but since I have a spray in bed liner it wouldn't stick as good. I stuck it on, then drilled in some screws to make sure it wouldn't budge. From there just plugged it into the trailer pin connector and taped the reverse wire into the drivers side reverse light bulb. Turned out great and should hopefully let the old people around here see me.

Yeah that is a cool mod. I love mine. The only thing that sucks is that I rarely get to see it. I am sure everyone behind me likese it though.

Yep, its best to screw those on cause the tape will only last so long. Mine eventually came off and was laying on the bumper. Luckily I caught it before it came out and began dragging the ground.

I'm liking those more and more. I really would like to put some extra reverse flood lights mounted under my bumper oneday.
