Was looking for a cold air intake system and came across the new Banks . Is any one running the new cold air intake ? Was wondering if any drone for it and how was the install? Also where did you find the best price? Looking to put 1 on my 05 Supercrew with 5.4 . Any help would be Great thanks all

I installed it; sounds like a supercharger....lol I personally don't like it will be taking it off only drove it about 8 miles. Makes it sound nice; quicker acceleration. But just not for me I guess going back to stock. Anyone want to buy it?

I like it . Takes some getting use too .Coming from stock . I haven't had a truck with duals or aftermarket exhaust since highschool . I seem to like it more with the Monster exhaust . Your don't hear all it intake noise with the exhaust installed . With stock exhaust ,You hear a lot from your intake . You kick it and wow . Sound very inpressive . I get a little drone in the cab . When I'm in a pull up a hill. I did a modification . After, I installed the banks intake . I removed all the plastic in front of the intake . Talked to the retailer they said they would take it back as defective so I can use the money towards an exhaust. Sorry; but thanks for the inquiry.
