We use to do that to everyone's trucks in high school. All of us knew what it was though. The best one was when we duct taped a tennis ball to the backside of someone's tire on this lifted S10. For those that don't know, a PTO is used to power implements on the back of tractors so this shaft is hanging out in the air. The warning label is telling the operator to shut off the power to the PTO before going back there to adjust anything. This is actually a huge danger and lots of farmers are injured every year.
