35's and edge what mm did you put in for them?

35's and edge what mm did you put in for them?

i have 2794 right now but trying to figure out if thats what everyone else here is running...searched but found nothing

I have 285/70/17's on my rig and that converts to 2610mm. You also have to figure in the "squish" factor. Lets say the tires squish down about 3%. Take 2610*.03=78.3, now 2610-78.3=2531.7. I rounded mine up to 2532 and my GPS is dead on with the Edge. The speedo is still 2mph fast and always will be. Here is a conversion calculator, have some fun with math.

It tells you in the manual which mm to use for 35's. I can't remember it offhand, but it's in the manual.

I dont think the manual is that accurate. I am looking at it right now, page 16. The manual says 33"=2632 and 35"=2792. Yes these are close but not dead on.....

yeah i figured the book isn't that accurate....can someone tell me what 35x12.5x20 converts to so i can figure it out....(325/65/20?) thanks

35x12.5x20 is more of a 305/65/20.. and 35x13.5x20 is 325/60/20

ok i messed around on some tire calculators and 325/60/20 comes out to 35x12.8x20 which is close to the inflated size of my toyos....so i did the math for that and with the "squish" factor its 2737 without that factor its 2821
incase anyone else is interested....thanks
