WTF emissions!
Alright guys...well i took the truck in to get inspected today. I turned my edge back to stock over a week and a half ago and its been unplugged. Mean while i cant pass emissions because of my chip again? WTF is the prob? he tells me to keep puttin miles on it for the engine to clear the codes or whatever?? This happened to me last year too
It passed everything but the OBD readiness result

I took mine in about two weeks ago for emissions testing with my Edge still on level 2 and plugged in...I had no problems passing. Not sure if the regulations are different between TN and PA but I don't know what the problem is.
haha stupid states with there emissions... glad minnesota doesnt have em.
ok now that im done pickin on ya,
it usually takes the PCM or ECU or what ever you want to call it a little more then 2 weeks to reset all of the parameters
when i lived in maryland i had my jeep chipped. and before emissions i would take the chip out. take off the negative battery lead for about 5 minutes. then hook the lead up and drive around for about 2 weeks. this completely cleared the computer and allowed it to remember the new stock information. so when they flashed it with their computer it would show that i was running stock. this always worked for me. but you cant skimp on the 2 weeks.
now i know things are different with this truck and my POS jeep. but give it a try and see if it helps.

Make sure you give the engine a good run and get it nice and warm before testing, with my old car I took it to a back road, gave it a nice run, back to the shop, immediately hooked up and passed. This was after two fails.

Bad idea, this is the exact problem. The computer is reading that there is a empty bank of data from when the tunes were swapped. It reads just like a battery being disconnected. The only fix is a drive cycle completed. I'd run it hard, warm it up and drive it right to the shop.

ok i passed...just romped it around for like 15 min at around 60....than dropped down to 30mph then romped it back to 60...did that for a little while then took it back to the shop and it passed
