Has any one checked out the Saleen Wheels on Ebay? The prices start at 700 to 1200 for a set. I was wondering if they are blems. Prices seem to be to good.

I purchased the Saleen four wheel set on eBay about 3 weeks ago and as of today, I haven’t received them. Although it does state in the seller’s auction page that the Saleen warehouse was closed between December 15-January 1, so that might explain why I haven't received the wheels yet. I will give the seller one more week to contact me or send me the wheels before I file a paypal claim.

Finally the four 23” Saleen wheels came in today. I inspected the wheels, and sure enough they are authentic Saleen wheels in brand new shape. For what I paid for them on eBay (~$400), I think I got a heck of a deal.

Overall, I like the 4X4 Roush suspension that I put on my truck. It made the truck handle better around curves and since the kit lowered the front and back of my truck, it probably increased the overall performance of the truck. But don’t be mistaken, even with the kit, it still feels like a 6000 pound truck. The ride is way stiffer than when I had the FX4 shocks on. Also, the price tag for the whole kit is a bit overpriced if you ask me. Having said that, I would still recommend the Roush kit to anyone looking to improve the handling capability of their truck.

$400/set? kinda makes the OEM 20's that are going for ~$900 seem like a rip off.

I purchased the four Saleen wheels for a little over $400 last month. I just saw a similar auction end last week go for roughly the same price. I just checked eBay today and there are two Saleen wheel auctions going on from the same seller that I purchased my wheels from. I believe the current price of the first auction that is ending tomorrow is at $150. The other auction is at $1. I didn’t know the OEM 20’s were going for that much. I removed the OEM 20’s in order to put the Saleen wheels on, so I guess I now know the price range that I will be selling my OEM 20’s at. Also, I purchased the Saleen subwoofer from the same seller for $50. The subwoofer came in yesterday and is 100% authentic and in new condition.

There is a similar Saleen wheel set auction that ends in a few minutes on eBay and it’s only at $305 right now!
