Talking [PICS INSIDE] Thanks SANTA! Red Rancho 4" lift for Christmas!

Well it was kind of a Birthday / Christmas present to myself.

I installed it just 8 days before Christmas.
It was a pretty straight forward install... no major issues.

Got the Rancho 4" with RS9000XL.

I got rid of that DAMN 2.0 AS leveling kit... those things will trash tie rod ends and CV boots.

The ride is SO much better now. If I would have know how much better it would ride, I'd of done it a long time ago.

Here are the pics... questions and comments are welcome. Flame suit is on.

I believe those are just braces.

4" inch lift looks awesome. Copenhagen848 gave me some measurements of the hitch height. I got to watch the height since I pull a camper. I don't want to buy longer hitch drop. The one I have now is adjustable. but I don't think its going to be long enough. I have to wait until spring, hook the camper up and put on my 35s" tires and measure.

Sweet!

Nice! I am not a fan of leveling Kits either, they change out the whole Geometry of the front end, & put stress on componets.......until they fail!
I'l stay stock height while under warranty!.........

Looks good. How much did it cost you? How bad was the install?

One of the better looking front crossmember brackets I have seen. Beautiful truck and nice lift!
