Windshield leak

well I got another leak, in the windshield this time. My inside of the windshield gets covered in moisture at night, and it rained th eother day and water was on my dash and up around the top of my windshiled slowly coming in, but not down the windshield. Here's the question, I need a new windshiled. If i get it replaced should they reseal everything up and I be good to go, or could i be somehting else and leaking from somewhere else.

Has your windshield been replaced before? Maybe it was badly sealed last time.I'd ask the glass installer about it, maybe when they take the old windshield out they'll see where the problem was.

I've heard of rolled over vehicles that have been fixed up and they always have something leaking. Were does the water seem to gather, cornor of the dash? Does it come down the windshield inside the truck from the top?

No it was up by the headliner and didin't droip down the windshiled, it just fell straight down onto the daash.

Thats weird, must be the top of your windshield then, not sealed correctly or something. Unless you have stuff added to your roof like a Two Way Radio antenna drilled in or something like that. If your windshield isn't cracked or anything you can probly just get it resealed. I'd say that just getting it resealed, or getting a new windshield should fix the problem.

Nice to have family in the buisness. Glass is so expensive.

Yea, my insurance would cover it though anyway. I'm not sure how it started leaking, just int he past few days. It went all the way across the headliner with the most water being over in the top corner on the passenge side.
