Help me decide which tuner - to many choices

I know y'all are probably tired of this question, but my wife has given me the green light to get a tuner for my 2004 F150 4.6L. I would like to simply go with a canned tuner so I can get it quickly - but which one. There are so many - superchips, edge, xcal - help!! Thank you in advance for your help.

I have the Edge and like it only because of the gauge pod that comes with it. You arent going to be disappointed with anyone you buy. Alot of ppl like the Troyer because of his custom tunes, but like you said you want a canned tune. With the edge you can go with or without the display.

Ok sounds good - I had a superchips 1714 a couple of years ago - and I heard the superchips preprogrammed settings were best - does the edge have a simular setup - or do I have to select all the settings. I'm a rookie at this. I wouldn't know what shift points and the like to select. Thanks

The Edge Evo comes ready to go with 3 preprogrammed "canned" levels that require nothing more than plugging it in and uploading the selected level to the truck's ECM. However, you can manually go in and adjust many parameters if you want like timing, shift points, etc once you determine the settings you want.

id get the custom tuned xcal3 from troyer performance. they will send you the xcal3 right away, and you can use the canned tunes on it untill your custom tunes come via email.

TRUST ME, its worth it. ive had the edge before, and im telling you, custom tuning is the way to go.

Yeah give Justin a call at VMP if you want a top notch tuner and don't want to wait 10 weeks or so with Troyer.

Also are there any of these that aren't VIN exculsive, meaning you are able to use them on multiple vehicles (identical trucks multiple owners)?
