4x4 Not Engaging Up Date

I got a call from the dealership There is a part broken in the transfer case And they have to order a new part What part broke?? I dont know Should be ready to go wed night I will post the results of my issue

I just got the truck back The problem was shift rod in the t/case Part #F65Z*7FO63*BA There was a total of 4.9 hrs to do the job I only paid $100.00 because of my ford esp I would recomend a ford esp My truck only had 13675 miles on it Shop around like i did for an esp I bought mine on 5/29/07 from lombard ford in winsted ct for $785.00 Premium care Iam good for 36000 miles or the year 2010

What were you symptoms? If that is the problem in my old Tcase I'm fixing it and selling it. FYI, my tcase went out, would pop in and out of 4wd under a load while it was supposed to be locked into 4wd the entire time.

Josiah When i put in 4hi the light lite up no clunk no traction When i put it 4lo light lite up no clunk no traction So i went about 5mph and turned on 4hi and heard a grinding noise but no traction I hope this helps you out
