Problem with Heated seat

I have a 04 with heated seats and does not warm up like they used too. What do you think the problem is.

You've gained more weight and can't feel the warmth as much!

Sorry that wasn't much help but was the first thing that popped into my head. Could it be that it's colder out and the seam warmer isn't having as much impact right away as say it does in the summer on a 45 degree night?

Or it could just be the heat pad itself is going out and isn't warming up.

I thought I read somewhere that there are air filters under the seat that are prone to clogging up... not sure where they are..
