You got to post sound clips. I have had my heart set on a MBRP for some time now, just concerned about it being to loud for plowing drives at night and towing long distances.

Please post a sound clip, I have been thinking about switching out my current exhaust for theirs. We put a 4" turbo back MBRP on my bosses Duramax and the quality of the system was 2nd to none. Everything fit exactly how it was supposed to, I was very impressed. Thats what got me thinking about the system for my truck.

Honestly, if you consider the materials used (T304) versus Magnaflow (T409) there isn't really any comparison on who is actually priced high for the product. That being said, the only real competitor to compare with would be Borla...which is about 200 bucks more than the MBRP.

I have been using their kits now for the last five trucks I've owned except my lightning, and there isn't anything on the market that fits better, sounds better, and looks better IMO out there. MBRP has been a huge name in Diesel exhaust now for the last ten years or so, and now started applying the same quality standards to gas exhaust in the last year or so. They make the absolute best sounding 05+ mustang catback out there.

what's the difference between 304 and 409? will a truck ever seen an environment that's going to harm either one?

The 409 stainless can, and will still rust in states that recieve salt, liquid salt, and other road clearing agents used for snow removal. The 409 will likely never rust through, rather just rust on the surface. The T304 will not rust or corrode in even the worst enviroments out there. Making it a far superior material for exhaust. Especially when used in snowy climates or places that are below sea level.

You are from Lexington I see. I think that I saw your Dodge @ Trail Blazers. That was a nice ride.... Why'd you get rid of it?
