Talking kenwood double din

installing kenwood double din (dpx302) & polk speakers (db571):

a couple questions;

how many electrical connectors does the factory radio/cd have?
regarding the aftermarket mounting kit for the new radio, do you
use the metal sleeve that came the new radio or use the plastic
brackets that came with the radio mounting kit? would love to
see any photos and/or diagrams, especially of clips around the
radio/climate control center bezel.

If you have the audiophile system, there are 3 plugs on the back of the factory deck, plus the antenna conector. All other factory decks have 2 plugs plus ant.
