Hey all, I'm getting my new tires next week (hopefully), and I'm thinking of getting gears as well. I got a quote from 4WP for 4.56 Precision Gears and install and it comes to $1474 out the door. That includes approx. 300-350 miles of break in done while on the lift, then draining the fluid and refilling with 75W90 Royal Purple. Does this sound like a fair price?

For an additional $295 I can get 3yr/36k mile parts and labor warranty. I'm thinking it's probably not worth it since Precision Gears makes a quality product and I get a 90 day warranty from 4WP anyways.
