Looking for the headlight, turn signal, and fog light size for 2004 f-150

I know the:
headlight- h13/9008
turn signal- ?
fog light- ?

what lights do you reconmend. looking for a bright blue light

go to sylvania.com and insert all your info and they tell you what model you need. they have the "cool blue" lights that arent that bad, or you could go with the "superstars" aka silverstars.

 

fogs are 9005

get some HIDs, i just put a bixenon kit in my heads on sunday, they are awesome!

 

Fogs are not 9005, it is 9145. 9005 is a headlight bulb that can be used in place of the 9145, though some have problems with it melting the lense, usually in the round fogs.
