Question concerning factory GPS

My Dad has a 2007 XLT Supercrew with the factory satellite radio, MP3 player, and cd. No amp or factory sub. Can the factory GPS unit be installed in his truck? Is the wiring for it there?

This would be better asked in the audio forum. There are others there that have the factory nav. installed into there truck.
