Auto Dimming Exterior Mirror

Is there anyway to deactive the auto dimming feature for the outside drivers side mirror? My 07 has this extra feature and I find I can't see ***** if it's raining.

The power runs from the side mirror to the rear view mirror. You can pull the pin on either connection and tuck it away.
