i'm in the hvac biz-the aero kroil is a lifesaver-it's the mother of all pentrants-it will loosen anything-it's on the pricey side -but worth every penny-saved me numerous times-ever need it i can get it for ya-phil

someone on here had a link in their sig to the TSB R&R procedure for the plugs. it went into detail why the ground shield separates from the nut portion of the plug. it's frickin crimped! why doesn't Ford spec a different design to their manufacturer?
