I hear this a lot and I have to wonder what the acutall number of edge's sold compared to problems had.

Kinda like the vast quanity of ford trucks sold compared to problems had.

we all know that this a place were ppl come for help when they have a problem and then a lot of them end up staying around.

And I would still like to see someone post up some dyno numbers of a Custom tuned truck compared to a edge tuned truck (same truck preferablly) and be able to see what the power diff really is. and by saying this I mean the graphs to beable to see where the power and torqe curves are.

Now with that being said I know that there is stuff lthat a custom tuner can do that a edge "canned " tune can't do but I've been VERY happy with my edge and happen to think the average truck owner would be too.

?

i'd say just because 1 tune makes more power than the other doesn't necessarily make it better- in my eyes the one that makes the most ,safest power with out causing any extra ill effects is the best one-phil

Why does it take over 2 months to get a Troyer tune?

Yo buddy.

Might just be worth a call to see if you could ( pretty please, lol) swap your yet-to-be programmed & delivered Xcal2 for an X3. May indeed not be too late & should be the same cost.

Of course I dunno if they already pre-shipped you an X2 for a strategy read.. if so, just ignore me

Just a thought.

I had my strategy already so I am waiting on the whole unit. From what I understand they started shipping the Xcal3 last week so I should be getting the 3. (I hope) Now I have to call.
