The keyhole is the mileage per gallon improvement matrix switch. It's a new thing Ford is putting on all new model F-150's. You turn that key, and now miraculously when you drive you'll get 35MPG in the city and 45MPG on the highway. If you turn it back to the other position, your truck will return to getting 10-12 MPG and whoever steals it will return it safe and sound before they go bankrupt. It's kind of an unpublished security feature.

I have a Regcab

I always tought that is not legal to have a child on the front seat(the only seat in this case)

But I also have those nylon strips on the back and now that you all are mentioning its purpose...
So, can I have a child on a child seat on a Regcab?
